I wanted to take this time to say I\u2019m completely blown away right now.
\nI have never been so impressed with customer service like I was today.
\nKevin and Damien were top notch! Professional, friendly, detail-oriented, just outstanding in every way. But the best part is my carpets. I\u2019ve probably had my carpets cleaned somewhere between 10-15 times in the past 8 years. I have never received this level of care, expertise and quality. I felt like these guys were cleaning their own carpets. They took double, nearly triple the time it ever took Stanley to clean my carpets, and that\u2019s no exaggeration. I couldn\u2019t believe it!
\nNeedless to say, I\u2019m pretty obsessive about my carpets and I\u2019m very happy to have found you. They did little things (that Stanley never did) that caught my attention, without my even asking. For example, they wore booties the entire time, when Stanley said, \u201cwere going to clean it anyway\u201d and didn\u2019t wear booties. They must have spent the amount of time in my basement that it took Stanley to do my entire house, no kidding. They were mindful of my dog, my kids, tracking dirt in the house.
\nThey used fans (Stanley does not) to speed up the drying process. They didn\u2019t need my hose. They gave me two carpet cleaners for free. They both obviously cared about my home, my carpets, the cleanliness of my house, my family, etc. I guess the thing I was most impressed with was how detail-oriented they were with the corners of my carpets. They got into every crevice to make sure all dirt was removed.<\/p>\n

You can 100% guarantee my future business in cleaning my carpets. And, I was so impressed I\u2019m going to have my mom\u2019s carpets cleaned for her Christmas present.<\/p>\n

In the early hours of February we had a fire which gutted the basement of our house.\u00a0 The bad news was that most of the items in the room were lost to fire, heat and soot; and the rest of the home was uninhabitable.\u00a0 The good news was that my wife and I escaped with our lives and those of our two cats.<\/p>\n

Further good news was that Voce Cleaning was chosen to do the fire clean-up work!\u00a0 What a blessing you have been!\u00a0 The assistance and help of Voce Cleaning was superb!<\/p>\n

We could hardly believe how extensive the damage was to our recreation room, home office and storage area.\u00a0 Yet Voce Cleaning was there within hours removing contents that they thought could be salvaged and restored.<\/p>\n

You worked to totally remove all the contents destroyed by the fire and prepare the basement for reconstruction.\u00a0 You kept cleaned contents in storage until we were ready to have them returned.\u00a0 Even more amazing was the work of your crews, completely cleaning the soot from every nook and cranny in the upstairs of our home, which had been filled with smoke from the fire below.<\/p>\n

Even as the reconstruction was coming to a conclusion, there you were again, cleaning the house again in preparation for our return home after three and a half months away.<\/p>\n

I’ve been a volunteer firefighter for over thirty years, but this fire was an experience I never want to repeat.\u00a0 What I do repeat is how great Voce Cleaning has been!\u00a0 Thank you!<\/p>\n

I want to comment on the service provided by Voce Cleaning, LLC.\u00a0 Ed was outstanding:\u00a0 he was well organized, extremely knowledgeable in all areas of cleaning and restoration.\u00a0 He has outstanding knowledge and skill in all aspects of home restoration from cleaning, to electrical work, dry wall, painting, plumbing, and everything in between.\u00a0 Every day he kept me informed of all aspects of restoration from each day’s schedule to the people coming to the house.\u00a0 He too, was very understanding and compassionate.\u00a0 He was always available for any questions and concerns I might have.\u00a0 Indeed, I have labeled him “no problem Ed” because that was always his response to any concerns I might have.\u00a0 Without question, he selected excellent and highly skilled sub-contractors to work in my house.\u00a0 And each one of those contractors was a pleasure to have in my house.\u00a0 They were reliable and responsive to my concerns.\u00a0 I also felt that Ed was fair to me, the insurance company, and to his dedicated staff.\u00a0 His cleaning staff was excellent.\u00a0 They were always on time, worked very hard throughout the day, were unbelievably thorough, and competent in what they were doing.\u00a0 I have nicknamed them “The Soot Seekers”.\u00a0 In addition, they were also very pleasant and a joy to have around.\u00a0 I know my insurance company does not recommend service providers to their clients, but whenever possible Voce Cleaning should be highly suggested.\u00a0 I certainly would be happy to be a reference, where appropriate.\u00a0 Again, let me thank you for your outstanding service and commitment to your customers.<\/p>\n

Our next door neighbor\u2019s house caught on fire which spread to ours.\u00a0 Although we had minimal fire damage we did have a great deal of smoke and soot damage.\u00a0 The owner of Voce Cleaning, LLC was there with his crew the very next day.\u00a0 He was very professional and explained everything they were planning on doing to me prior to starting anything.\u00a0 They had fans and ozone machines running by that morning to start getting the smell of smoke out of our house.\u00a0 They handled everything related to the restoration work while keeping me very informed.\u00a0 They cleaned and packed up all my belongings and moved them out of the house with extreme care.\u00a0 All walls and ceilings were washed and cleaned.\u00a0 They even pulled off every outlet cover to clean behind them.\u00a0 Any damaged items were written down and tossed out.\u00a0 That list was supplied to me to give to the insurance company.\u00a0 His staff answered any questions I had as well as assisted me in areas that were of no concern to them.\u00a0 They went beyond expectations to make a difficult situation go as smooth as possible.\u00a0 Their attention to detail sets them apart from any other company in my opinion.\u00a0 When it was time to move back in, they were there to put the beds back together for my kid\u2019s room as well as any other items that they took apart during the pack out.\u00a0 They even offered to stay and help with anything if I needed it that day.\u00a0 That is customer service!! The fact that there is still companies out there that go that extra mile to ensure you walk away happy is excellent.\u00a0 They made my carpets look like they were just installed and I will use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.\u00a0 There strong points are customer service, attention to detail, willingness to help in anyway shape or form, and their staff was extremely friendly and courteous.\u00a0 They worked with my insurance company so I did not have to worry about anything.\u00a0 We moved back in to our house and I cannot tell there was ever a fire in the house.\u00a0 Highly recommended!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
